In English for the last week or so, we have been focusing on instruction writing. One of the sets of instructions we have written was about how to attract owls to your garden, thinking about creating a safe and appealing environment for them. For your homework this week, we would like you to create a set of instructions for attracting something a bit more unusual to your garden – perhaps a dolphin, a capybara or a dragon! What will you need to prepare in the garden? Will you need to lay out certain foods? Are safety measures going to be important if the animal is dangerous…or fire-breathing?
