Arbor allows you to conveniently pay for meals, clubs, trips, and school shop items online via the Parent Portal or the Arbor App. Payments can be made easily by card payment using the built-in checkout basket.
You can manage and make online payments by following these steps:
- Access the Portal/App: Log in via the Arbor Parent Portal or open the Arbor App on your mobile device.
- Find the Item: Go to Quick Actions or navigate to your child’s profile to select Meals, Clubs, Trips, or Payments.
- Pay or Top Up: Enter the amount to top up, click to pay, or use the Add to basket feature if you are paying for multiple items at once.
- Checkout: Go to your basket, click Pay for items, and enter your card details. You may need to authenticate the payment.
