Year 2 have been treated to some special visitors in the library this past fortnight… the Year 6 Student Librarians have come to share their love of reading!

The Year 6s introduced themselves and gave the Year 2 children some of their ‘Top Tips’ for how to use the library and find the right book for them. They then stayed with the younger children and helped them with finding books, scanning them out and, of course, answering lots of questions! 

It has been wonderful to see the different ages mix whilst sharing a love of reading and new friends have been made.
