All of the Year 6 classes have been able to enjoy our school library one last time before they leave us to enjoy all the books their secondary schools have to offer.

The children took part in a special scavenger hunt around the library and Miss Robson handed out certificates to ‘Bishop Road’s Best Book Borrowers’ – the children who have borrowed the most books during their time at Bishop Road! Some of the children enjoyed looking at their favourite books from the library, finding books that matched their new leavers hoodies and we’re pleased to know that they’re not too old yet to want a library sticker! 

We hope the children continue to find as much pleasure from reading once they move on, as we hope they have had at Bishop Road.
