Reception and Year 1 were treated to a fantastic author visit during our Reading Festival week.

Sarah Coyle came in to talk about her book series ‘Pick A Story’ where the reader gets to choose which page to turn to to decide what happens to the characters! 

We all had to use our imagination to make the most delicious birthday cake and then everyone created sound effects to make the story come alive too! Some children were lucky enough to be chosen to help Sarah act out parts of the story and we had unicorns and pirates entering Bishop Road, what fun!
