Bishop Road Radio

Thanks to the hard work of our PTFA, the school has been able to invest in a state of the art radio and speaker system. The speakers are located in the playgrounds, so that children can listen during lunchtimes.

Our school radio system is up and running!  Our radio station, Bishop Road Beats, was launched by Paulinna from Heart FM!  She listened to our first show and even took part in a radio interview.  She went on a tour of the station and listened to the first show in the Boat Playground.

Pupils in Years 5 and 6 enjoy coming to an after-school radio news club.  You can hear some of their fantastic broadcasts below!
