Term 3 in 3T
Our Charlottes Web homework... Everyone made a fantastic effort!
We have been learning about the meaning of Shrove Tuesday and practised flipping pancakes.
In History we have been learning about the Anglo-Saxons and where they settled in Britain. We investigated the kinds of places they would build their villages and what they would need for building materials. We then built our own mini Anglo-Saxon villages. See if you can spot the churches, hall houses, one room huts, rivers and forests...
What are we learning about this term?
We are learning about:
|Science||Plants and how they grow|
Letter writing and report writing using the novel 'Wreck of the Zanzibar' by Michael Morpurgo
Time - being able to read an analogue clock and solving time word problems.
|Latin||Greetings, numbers and colours.|
|Music||Studying a composer in depth|
What are our class spellings this week?

How can I help my child at home?
