Digital Awareness Blog

Bishop Road aims to support our children in using the internet in a safe and meaningful way. This year, we are also focusing on developing the children’s awareness surrounding the use of online media and the effects that this can have on their everyday and school lives. As a school, we take our role seriously and will continue to support our parents and carers in this area.

This academic year, we are launching our parents’ ‘Digital Awareness’ web page, dedicated to keeping parents and carers updated with the latest developments of apps, websites and legislation that may effect our children's use of the internet. Informative posts will be uploaded with clarification regarding important updates, possible dangers and ways to keep your children safe. We hope that you find this information useful and if you have any question, please don't hesitate to ask Miss Walker.
